Refund and Returns Policy
At Drill Bits World, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’ve got your back—with a few reasonable guidelines.
Return Window
Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery. If more than 10 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
For non-custom, standard drill bits and tools:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Must be returned in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (like your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Custom-manufactured or specialty-order products are non-returnable and are final sale.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—it might take a few days to show up.
- Then, contact your bank.

Shipping Returns
If we made a mistake (wrong item sent), we’ll cover return shipping and provide an RMA number along with instructions.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (UPS, FedEx, DHL) and adding shipping insurance.
We’re not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
